YIELD: 2 salads
Chop romaine lettuce thinly and spread it in a thin layer on two serving plates. Slice fresh mozzarella into quarters and place them in the middle, on the lettuce.
Place chopped walnuts, raisins, cut fresh pineapple and nectarines on the sides. Finish with placing grapes on one side and olives on the other side. Serve immediately.
