Grilled Peach Caprese

YIELD: 3 salads


  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • 3 peaches, thinly sliced
  • basil leaves
  • olive oil, to drizzle


Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Slices peaches and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Assemble by layering peaches with sliced fresh mozzarella and basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
