YIELD: 1 quesadilla
Prepare all ingredients: cook bacon, grill chicken, and shred cheese.
Lay one tortilla out, and cover with cheese. Sprinkle chicken and bacon on top of cheese, then top with another tortilla.
Place quesadilla on skillet over medium heat, and slowly heat quesadilla until the cheese is melted. Cut into quarters and serve with a side of ranch dressing.
